We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. About 95% of the products we offer are in stock and ready for immediate shipment. In most cases, your order will leave within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Items such as drapery and bedspreads are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may take 4-6 weeks for delivery. Also custom items or items that are manufactured will have varying shipping times.

We work with carriers to get you the best possible shipping quote for your order, and this is why we take the care to seek out 3 different quotes for each order and providing our customers with the best possible shipping price.

For some merchandise (fragile or bulky items) additional fees may apply. In such situations, these fees will be noted before your transaction is complete in either the product description and/or the checkout process.

Once shipped the orders usually take 2 to 10 business days to arrive.

Yes you can! We do not charge for samples of products that are valued below $10 and only shipping costs must be paid.

On subsequent order of over $1000 (before taxes), a credit for the initial sample order amount (maximum $50 credit) will be applied.

On subsequent order of over $500 (before taxes), a credit for initial sample order amount (maximum $25 credit) will be applied.

Custom order mock-room samples are subject to a 25% Sample Production Fee based the provided quote (per item price + 25%).
